How a child opens a card detail page
The card detail page shows everything about one specific payment card linked to your KiddyCash account — the card number, status, spending limits, and recent activity. This guide walks you through opening that page step by step.
Who is this for? Children using their own KiddyCash account or a kiddy business account. If you are a parent or guardian setting up a card for the first time, see How to issue a payment card for a child instead.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- A KiddyCash account that is fully set up. If you are still going through onboarding, check out A closer look at onboarding in KiddyCash and What’s new in onboarding in KiddyCash for a walkthrough of what to expect.
- At least one payment card already issued to your account. No card yet? Ask a parent or guardian to follow the steps in How to issue a payment card for a child.
- Your account ID and the card ID ready (explained below).

Steps to open the card detail page
-
Log in to your KiddyCash account using your PIN or biometrics.
-
Go to the Payment Cards section. From the home screen, tap Cards in the bottom navigation bar. This lists all cards linked to your account.
-
Find the card you want to view. Each card in the list shows the last four digits and the card status (for example, Active, Frozen, or Pending). Tap the card you want to inspect.
-
The card detail page opens. You will now see the full details for that card. You can also go directly to a card using a link in this format:
https://kiddy.cash/kiddy/account/:kiddy_account_id/payment-card/:payment_card_idReplace
:kiddy_account_idwith your account ID and:payment_card_idwith the card’s ID. Both values are visible in your account settings under Profile → Account Info.

Having trouble?
If you do not see any cards listed, your parent or guardian may not have issued one yet. Share the guide How to view a child payment card with them so they can check the status from their side.
