How to view a child investment
Keeping track of how your child’s money is growing is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching them about finances. Whether you set up a savings pot funded by weekly allowances or a longer-term investment linked to your family wallet, the investment detail page gives you a real-time snapshot of where things stand.
What is a child investment? In KiddyCash, a child investment is a dedicated savings or investment position created under your child’s profile. It tracks contributions, growth, and the current value of funds you have set aside on their behalf. If you have not created one yet, start with our guide on how to create a child investment.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- Logged into the KiddyCash app as a parent or guardian
- At least one child added to your family profile
- An existing investment created for that child
Steps to view a child investment
-
Open the KiddyCash app and sign in with your parent account credentials.
-
Tap “Family” in the bottom navigation bar to open your family dashboard.
-
Select the child whose investment you want to review. Their profile card will expand to show linked wallets and accounts.
-
Tap “Investments” under that child’s account section. This takes you to a list of all investments associated with that child.
-
Tap the investment name to open the detail page. You can also navigate directly using your investment’s unique link:
https://kiddy.cash/family/kiddy/account/investment/:investment_idReplace:investment_idwith the actual ID shown in your investment list. -
Review the investment detail page. See the section below for a breakdown of what each field means.

- Add funds — contribute directly from your parent wallet or trigger a one-off transfer.
