Yes, Kiddy Cash does not charge you anything to enjoy the features of scheduled allowances, savings goals, investments, loans, tasks, transactions approval and much more!

On Kiddy Cash only parents can register. They can thereafter create families and respective accounts for their kids. Only after a parent has created a Kid account can they thereafter login. Meanwhile, on Kiddy Cash for Business any business owner or associate can register and create their business. Finally, on Kiddy Cash for Schools, any school director or manager can register and create their school.

Kiddy Cash is a digital wallet for families with kids that helps parents foster financial inclusivity in their kids.

Kiddy Cash is a parent guided interactive and engaging platform; where parents sign up, create family accounts, and add their kids. Kids can then login, submit purchase requests while earning, saving, budgeting, and investing in virtual stocks modelled from real stock exchanges.

Only parents or guardians can register on Kiddy Cash. This is done using a valid phone number or email address. A verification code is sent to the preferred mode of registration and the parent’s, or guardian’s account is created once this code is verified. This process takes a few seconds.

Registered parents or guardians can create family accounts and add kids.

A Kiddy account is your child’s account on Kiddy Cash. It is created once a parent registers, creates a family account, and adds a kid to the family. Kids can then login to their Kiddy account, submit purchase requests while earning, saving, budgeting, and investing in virtual stocks modelled from real stock exchanges.

Only parents and guardians can create Kiddy accounts by signing up, clicking on “ add family” to create a family account, and adding their kid or kids.

Only parents or guardians can add kids to a family. I you are not registered, sign up and click the “Add familyf” option. Next, add your family’s name, your alias (this is the name you want your family to use to refer to you eg Mom, Dad). Then add the number kids in your family, their names, date of birth, their valid phone number and password to create a Kiddy account.

For registered parents and guardians, login, click on “family” and choose the specific family. Then click “view accounts” and click on the plus sign to access the add Kiddy account menu. Select the number of kids you want to add, their names, date of birth, their valid phone number and password to create a Kiddy account.

This can only be done by parents and guardians. To load money into your family account, login, click on the family account you want to load money into. Then click on “add funds “to access the top up menu. Now add the amount you want to load and select the payment gateway to complete the process.

Saving goals are a great way to nurture a savings culture in kids by setting and achieving personalized savings goals. To create one for your kid, login, select a family, scroll to saving goals and click on view goals. Now click the plus icon, select a Kiddy account, add a goal name, target amount and a notifications frequency. This is how often your kid will be reminded to save money to reach their goal. It can be daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Click commit to complete the process.

As a kid, login, click on your profile picture, select saving goals and click on the plus icon to create a new savings goal. Now, select the Kiddy account you want to use, add a goal name, add an image, add a target amount and a notifications frequency. This is how often you will be reminded to save money to reach this goal. It can be daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Click commit to complete the process. 

Only kids can deposit money into a savings goal. Login, click on your profile picture, select saving goals and click on the specific goal you intend to deposit money for. Scroll to the bottom and select the deposit option, add the amount you want and click deposit to complete. Please note that money deposited towards savings is deducted from your Kiddy account balance, therefore ensure you have money in your Kiddy account first.

Investments help model and teach financial growth opportunities for kids. Kids, parents, and guardians can create investments. 

As a kid, when logged in, click on your profile picture, and click on investments. Select the Kiddy account you want to invest from, select the stock you want to invest in, add the value; which is the amount you want to invest, now add the notifications frequency; which is the frequency of how often you want updates on the stock.

As a parent, login, select the family account, click on the Kiddy account you want to invest in, scroll down to investments and click on view investments and click on the plus icon. Now, select the stock you want to invest in, add the value; which is the amount you want to invest, now add the notifications frequency; which is which is the frequency of how often you want updates on the stock.

Kids use their Kiddy Cash funds to make virtual investments in numerous select real stocks via our real-time simulation.

Only parents and guardians can create an allowance when logged in and using family accounts that have funds. Select the family account, next to Kiddies, click on view accounts and choose the Kiddy account you want to create an allowance for. Scroll down and click on view allowances. Now click on the plus sign to display the creation menu. Add the allowance purpose, amount, start date and frequency. This is how often money should be paid out to the kid allowance. Finish off by clicking on schedule.

On Kiddy Cash tasks are a creative feature that provide kids with opportunities to earn money after performing assigned duties or chores. Parents and guardians can easily create, assign and track age-appropriate tasks to their kids, thus promoting a strong work ethic and kid involvement in household chores and activities.

Select the family account, next to Kiddies, click on view accounts and choose the Kiddy account you want to create a task for. Scroll down and click on view tasks. Now click on the plus sign to display the creation menu. Add the task title, description (optional), reward in cash, frequency (how often it will be performed), notifications frequency (how often reminders will be sent) and the start date. Finish off by clicking on create.

On Kiddy Cash, loans are a creative feature that allows parents and guardians to lend money to their kids whilst teaching them about borrowing and repayment.

Only parents and guardians can create loans when logged in and using family accounts that have funds. Select the family account, next to Kiddies, click on view accounts and choose the Kiddy account you want to create a loan for. Scroll down and click on view loans. Now click on the plus sign to display the creation menu. Add the loan purpose (the reason you are lending your kid money), amount in cash, interest (optional), notifications frequency (how often reminders will be sent) and the start date. Finish off by clicking on loan it.

Kids can repay loans when they have money in their Kiddy Cash wallets. This could be money earned from finishing tasks or added by their parents or guardians. When logged in, click on your profile picture, and select loans to display the loans, select the one you want to repay. Scroll down to make a payment and input the amount you want to repay and click pay to finish the process.

Or click on your profile picture and select my accounts to display your Kiddy account(s) , select the account with the loan you want to repay. Scroll down to loans and click on view loans, click on the loan you want to repay and scroll down to make a payment. Input the amount you want to repay and click pay to finish the process.

On Kiddy Cash, transactions are a parental control and oversight feature where parents and guardians monitor and approve transactions being conducted by their kids on and off the platform.
